Registration

Registration for the 2023 season opens December 1, 2022 and will end March 1, 2023 or when the division is full.   Once full, a waitlist is created, it allows us to see if we can create another team, or change the numbers on a team.

With COVID-19, we understand that everyone’s world is a little different these days, and we appreciate everyone’s continued support and enthusiasm for ball hockey. We are fully planning to have a "normal" upcoming ball hockey season beginning Spring 2023.  Thank you for your continued support for ball hockey. Stay safe.

This season we are excited to continue to offer a Female only PROGRAM for the Season 2023! Our goal is to increase female participation by offering female only teams and skill development. Competitive female players will have opportunities to participate at the Western Challenge Cup 2023 (TBD)  and the Canadian Juniors Nationals (TBA).

Female registration options for ages 11-19 to play in:

Co-ed divisions (regular fee) - Register in your Co-ed division group
Female only division ($100 fee) -  Register in female  division only
Both, co-ed & female divisions (regular fee only) -  Register in your Co-ed division group and answer yes interested in both divisions in post division selection
All other players’ registration register as per last season, i.e. co-ed division.

 

Our Ball Hockey season runs from April to June of each year.   Registration begins in December and runs to mid February, or until an age group is full.

The number of teams are determined by the amount of rink time available from the City of Richmond, and the ability to fit in practices and games through our season.

 

Registration fees and Age Groups are:

Tykes - Born in 2017 or 2018:   - $95.00 - sessions only once per week

U8 - Peanut - Born in 2015 or 2016: - $200.00

U10 - Pup - Born in 2013 or 2014: - $200.00

U12 - Peewee - Born in 2011 or 2012: - $200.00

U14 - Minor - Born in 2009 or 2010: - $215.00

U16 - Major - Born in 2007 or 2008: - $215.00

U19 - Junior - Born in 2004 or 2005 or 2006: - $220.00

U13 - Female Only - Born in 2010 or 2011 or 2012: $100.00

U16 - Female Only - Born in 2007 or 2008 or 2009: $100.00

U19 - Female Only - Born in 2004 or 2005 or 2006: $100.00

 

Evaluations for the 2023 season will be TBD
